Delivery and Return
We aim to keep your order experience simple and clear.
Delivery
Kneelix orders are delivered within 10 to 13 business days (this includes 1–2 business days for handling and 9–11 business days for transit). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and your tracking link. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Returns
All Kneelix chairs come with a 30-day return policy. If your order is not the right fit for your workspace, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving it to request a return. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with the original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos so our team can help resolve the issue.
